Brad's wedding

Brad and Ashton got married on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14, in the Bountiful LDS Temple .
It was a very beautiful, cold and snowy day. Ky took these few pictures at the temple and then I got a bunch at the dinner the night before. You'll have to wait until we get the photographers pics to see the rest. She took a lot of posed as well as candid, spontaneous pictures. I can't wait to get them. Meanwhile, this is all I have. We sure missed you!

We did the luncheon the night before with just the two sets of immediate family. It was a very fun time getting to know each other.

Yet another of Keri and Kylie loving on Lucas
If only you weren't so darn cute Luke, maybe they'd leave you alone.
These are the only two I got at the reception. We'll send more when the photographer gets them to us.

Monday morning snow

This was our Monday morning (7:15 am)! The wind howled and blew hard all night. We are all ready for spring!

A few family pictures this week.

Keri left us Sunday morning to go be a Nanny. She was excited to go. Your dad gave her a beautiful blessing and she headed out. Murf still wants to go to her room to find her. It's so sad.
I'm happy we can communiate with her, unlike our missionaries.

Baby Landon can make his bull rock and buck. He also learned to crawl this week. He's so much fun and so darn cute! Syd put this pink cowboy hat on him.

More hunting pictures. Byron is really having fun with Molly and his boys.

Lance is Home!

Lance reported his mission on the 18th. He looks so good! Hard to imagine not so long ago this was the gang (minus you, the youngest) terrorizing the neighborhood barefooted and homemade swords hanging in the belts. You had a fun childhood.

The bathroom is finished!

We totally gutted the bathroom down to the concrete on October 5 (or so). It's been a huge project! We redid all the plumbing in that end of the house, put new tile in the bathroom, part of the bedroom, the hall, the furnace room and the laundry room. Your dad completely framed and resheetrocked the bathroom and a lot of other holes in walls and ceilings from the changing of the plumbing. He did all the demolition and framing, sheetrocking, taping and texture and we did the paint, baseboard and trim as well. The subs have all been so helpful and quick to do their part as well as answer questions and offer help. It's been awesome! We also did new windows in the bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom is all painted with new carpet. We're just working on the closet organizers before we move back in. Also, waiting on the blinds. Then he's still building closets in the furnace room for storage, so we're still in a huge mess, but at least we can see something fnished! Every inch of this house has been covered in sheetrock dust. The cold air returns carried it everywhere! He didn't think to turn off the furnace while sanding.
We still need do hang the towel hooks and such, however, now that I've cleaned it and taken pictures, I'm going to go move in! YEA!!!

The steam shower is wonderful!
I can't wait for Murfy to get dirty again so I can bath him with this big handheld.

Smaller jetted tub than before makes for better use of space. It has jets, air and a heater.

The bottom of this storage unit holds two large laundry baskets for the dirties.

Molly is a bird dog!

Trent, Brad, Byron and Molly went bird hunting near Arimo on Saturday.
Byron says at first Molly had to trip over the birds to bring them up but by the end of the day she was using her nose and getting excited over the birds. She was also making retrieves all the way back. Molly loves to play the retrieve game. I'm sure she had the best time of all! Brad said she would not hold the point, but keep her nose in the same direction while she danced around the bird. They all enjoyed her so much and had a fun day. "It was a beautiful place to hunt. There were brush lines ,cattails, weeds , and ditch banks. It sure was a fun day." They brought home 8 birds between them.
